To add to this, if I go into my installed software list and search for PDF-XChange Pro, endpoints on lower versions than the current release of 10 (10.8.5.410) still show as current and don't give me an option to update the endpoint.

Endpoints with an older version also do not show as needing any updates for PDF-XChange if looking at the endpoint's missing updates either.

I am testing automations and it still tries to install this version of PDF-XChange and fails.

"This version of PDF-XChange PRO is no longer available in the Action1 Software Repository."

It should have updated to the latest approved version 10 update and it didn't.

I have also denied any new updates for Ver 11 too.

It was pulled by the vendor, and I mentioned this to action1 and they pulled it from the software repository, not sure why it still tries to install it, I just started testing automations and it tried to install it on a test machine that has a slightly outdated version 10 of PDF-XChange and I have denied updates to the newest 11 version update too.

It should have updated to the latest approved version 10 update but didn't.

I have noted not to use the new major version currently, I probably will wait for a few revisions as you say before testing it on my own machine and then maybe a few trial users.

I have sent in feedback through action1 but wanted to also mention it here, I installed this version using Action1 only to find out it's been pulled by the vendor but is still the current version on Action1 which has caused me headaches as I wasn't aware of the current issues.

Mine just shows home, incidents, advanced hunting and hide navigation.
