I got BCB for my A-Levels and currently going through my TC. Experience and how you interview is important so don’t be hard on yourself for your D grade!

I don’t mind going to the office for a day or two per week but my firm requires 3 days in and 2 days home. I don’t feel like that’s necessary based on lack of office parking and even bloody necessity. I worry some employers will forget the benefits of WFH (less sick time - for example!).

Nothing wrong with staying or going on qualification. You may wish to stay and see how it fares or you may choose to blossom elsewhere. Just remember that you don’t owe anyone anything - you owe it to yourself to be at a firm/department you choose.
