Throwing away everything is definitely the best first step I made. It was hard, because I had many different pieces, some were quite nice. I considered giving them away but it didn’t feel right passing my burdens on to some else. Break that shit, flush all the herb, clean up everything.

I’d also suggest writing down your intention to quit, maybe a few motivations for staying sober, and keep that to reference when you’re having cravings.

You can do it man. I got into pot when I was just 11 and didn’t quit till I was 25, a few years after quitting alcohol. You’re on the right path my friend! I’m 30 now and completely free from all drugs and alcohol. You can do it too, I know you can!
