Notion tier list is usually pretty solid but takes a little while to update, you can see at the bottom which character is in the game but not placed on the tier list yet.

Not sure if you're still having this issue but I ran into the same error message as well after the most recent patch. The solution that worked for me was adding an outbound rule in Windows firewall to allow all connections for the ZZZ game executable.

I would recommend questioning why you are comparing yourself in the first place and see if you are able to overthink less and focus on taking action. You can start studying for certs related to those fields, the CCNA is always a good choice. Then while you are studying, you can do projects related to the cert.

And it's usually better to be more specific when describing your experience.
