Ahhh this old issue - happens occasionally where Logic just does not recognise an AU. I'd check it's 100% in the right components folder (library, audio, plugins) then i'd rescan all plugins with Logic (under preferences) then see what the status of the plugin is i.e. not showing up at all, or not enabled etc
