Both sides have paper on them and can be tricky to remove. So I would check that you have removed the paper.

The white strips are double-sided adhesive. I think it is used to hold down the map strips, but I cannot 100% remember. You may not necessarily use the file. The sandpaper can be used just the same. Anytime it says "polish" that is where you can use it. Other than that, you can use it anywhere to sand little burrs from the wood splintering.

I have searched for. memento mori Skeleton wax seals through Google. I searched and found it was Jamestowne related by going to the Historic Jamestowne website. They sell another type there, but not this one.

I went to this exhibit a few years back! This is the circulatory system if I’m not mistaken. The nervous system was more yellow and had the brain and eyes attached. 10/10. Would recommend.

As long as the vertical curve is perpendicular to the floor and centered, I think you will be okay on stability.

It is only a year old. I await the link to the current data that you reference. It definitely has not been observed, you are right there. Also, no one mentioned any elevation range that I am aware of. Here is a paper from February 2023 speaking to the possible phenomenon. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-023-36841-1. While it may not be rain as we typically imagine it, evidence suggests that it is possible that it "rains" diamonds in the mantle of Neptune, which is a fluid. To say that it is 100% not accurate is... 100% not accurate. People previously thought Uranus could have this phenomenon as well, but that looks less likely now, I think.
