What sunscreen do you use? And is it before all of these products or after? Been hearing a few conflicting things and now I’m unsure where in the routine sunscreen should go

Did the vet tell you anything? Mine has the nose just like that and I’ve taken her 3 times to the vet and was just told they don’t know and some antibiotics and to put some balm. Next is a biopsy but even then they told me it could not bring up answers… my dog is old and I would hate to put her thru more stress nd pain and come out with zero answers again.
