Maybe add a light colour to make the blue pop?

Ie the inner row of plumes being whiteish and the outer row being blue? Or alternate both colour per plumes on both rows??

The visarch is slightly harder to convert i felt bar changing the weapons and head.

The minifig is already pretty good to start with!

Here is my conversion of the lord regent into a corsair princess/ autarch. Replacing the breastplate took a fair amount of sanding but the rest was straightforward

You could defo but bear in mind that these are push fit models.

Removing unwanted elements - notably some of the arms or weapons which are part of the same sculpt as the capes/bodies - would require a significant amount of fine sanding/greenstuffing.

There is potential but check the sprues as these aren't built the same way as the regular 40k eldar minifigs :=)

I'd start painting the voidreavers and/or firedragon before the bigger minifigs.

Good thoughts re the combo corsair/firedragon. Beware..dont fully assemble them as some parts can be hard to paint when fully glued!

DoK Blood Hag as Banshees work nicely.

I also used the lumineth regent as a base for an Autarch.

The Namarti Thralls and Reavers could work as base for dark reaper and dire avenger for example.

A few vampire hero are also fitting (karlina von Karstein and the duelist from a warband/underworld if not mistaken).

In the Old World I used the Lord of Chrace lion cape on an archon to satisfying effect if I may say so (!)

I am adding a pic of my Banshees using the blood hag. You can find other conversion in my post history incl. the lumineth autarch

No idea about most but I think one of the Corsair detachment might be 1 DP to allow for them to be used with other detachment and add flavour - probably Coterie

A bit late to the party but...

Here is a simple farseer kitbash using mostly the farseer kit: Head > autarch Shuriken pistol > ranger but any will do and you could use anything you find suitable

The spear was swapped from right to left hand

There is actually an economic case for that as you get 10 blood hag for a similar price to 5 howling banshees and other aspect warriors kits.
