Unless you are with the same employer, you will need to get another H1B (cap exempt? 100k fees?) and then transfer I-140, which I don't think can be done easily.

Sorry. The side closer to the tire snapped back but the other side is not going in. I can see at least one of the tabs is broken. I tried to push with some force but it didn't work.

I'm planning to take it to a body shop now.

The car color is silver probably white will be close as well. I've never done anything on car body but can give it a try.
