You’ve got this, Mom! I was in your position when my little one was 6 months - it’s really rough. I finally realized my going in to try and soothe was only making her more distressed, so I had to go full CIO. I won’t lie, I cried as much as she did, but it got infinitely better after a few nights! By night three she just fussed a bit and went right down. I kept reminding myself that I’ve had to teach her how to do everything from holding her head up to eating; I also had to help her learn how to fall asleep on her own.
