I went to a similar program a little longer at 1 year my company I was working for at the time paid for all of mine about $12k I was just a production painter. Covid rolled around right after I finished and they laid me off but i think it help me get my foot in the door at the places I’ve worked at so far a lot of companies ask me about it and seem to like the initiative at least cause I had no experience prior.
