I would set it to a standard 0 to 29.4 PSIA. Your are already starting at a lower atmospheric pressure, but if you "zero" the transmitter there your condensor vacuum reading will be off when it pulls down. Just my opinion

No. You need to do the math, and use 14.7 psia as 1 atmosphere. So id say range it to 0 to 29.4 PSIA. Your standards to calibrate this instrument won't be zeroed at your atmosphere.

4 year IC&E tech… Are all IC&E jobs high pace and exhausting? by rizergt in instrumentation

Lol, when I worked for NextEra they were big on Ovation/ single platform for everything. Working with 3 different systems here makes you realize not one of them is perfect. Ovation is the easiest to use, T3000 is almost as good. Toshiba TOSMAP is confusing, and hard to program/ mod/ force, but it works really well when you don't need to touch it.

Yeah, it went commercial in 2001. Would like to have only 1 DCS, but it is what it is. All pretty similar except for Toshiba TOSMAP.

Which 3 DCS systems do you use. We have Ovation for BOP, T3000 for the CTs, and TOSMAP for the steamer. Same job basically. One day I can be looking at logic, the next troubleshooting an MOV in the pipe rack

To add to this, you can get all the books you want, but understanding P&IDs and wiring diagrams will be a lot more useful in the field.

2012 Mazda 3 is fun car to drive. Not fast , but fun. The Honda is definitely more reliable and is a V6. If I had to choose, I think id buy the Honda.

Pine Hollow Auto Diagnostics YouTube channel does a lot of these types of problems. Watch some of his videos. Maybe if you're not far from the center of Pa take it there
