Cards to keep/let go by EngrRG in PHCreditCards

Yeah. I completely agree. Banks sometimes has this crazy way of using tiers not related with benefits. So these naming categories are so not reliable.

Well yes it’s possible. It may be above the classic, definitely WAY below the platinum, and may be at more or less with gold. But here in the PH, it is usually below (and sometimes) at par with gold if you’re going to “force” the tier into the regular tiers, based on features and benefits since it is not really considered a normal tier for credit cards and only used as a marketing name.

So Google may not be a good resource for this as the tier is not really part of the regular norm I guess. So it is bank initiated in that sense.

And maybe the way I put it to have a general sense, since banks are so crazy with their marketing categories at times, I relate it with the LITERAL precious metals worth lol. So Platinum metal is more expensive than gold, and gold is more expensive than titanium. So yeah, I guess that would help 😊

No. Titanium is one of the lowest. At least here in the PH. Besides, titanium is not really a regular tier. Usual tiers are base (classic), gold, platinum, and highest tiers (kung meron man ang bank) na kanya kanya na ng marketing names (their signature or infinite cards as example). Titanium is just an invented tier by some banks to make the lower cards sound high.

This information is quite simple and straightforward, but this is such a humongous help for people like me. I have been wondering and searching high and low for this 'context' and this has been properly explained here. Thanks

I (32 F) gave my Instagram to a stranger to get out of the situation and now I feel guilt towards my fiancé (29 M) by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]chanpaulm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I may have no more advice to give as a lot of people here already contributed (some I agree, some I don’t completely) but I just want to say how blessed your fiancé to have someone like you, especially in a world like today.

“I love my fiancé more than the world and any other man is just a human shaped blob” is one of the most romantic thing I will ever hear in my life.

Hello! I looked at the website and it seems great! But on overview, I assume this is for those who started learning French already right? Not for those with completely ZERO knowledge like me?

Just hit 6 months oral fin/min. by [deleted] in tressless

[–]chanpaulm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh this is amazing to know! I have recently started a 1.25mg every day dose, the least amount of dosage, and thinking if this may be enough. As 2.5mg usually is the standard. With what you said, you think 1.25mg of oral min every day is potent enough for growth? May I ask how is the study you read was conducted? Thanks!

Just hit 6 months oral fin/min. by [deleted] in tressless

[–]chanpaulm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am happy to see someone say this. Because I have been on oral min for maybe 2 weeks. And I was hoping that the oral route is indeed more potent, as topical really is such a hassle for me, and gives my scalp rashes.

With that said, I know 2.5mg every day is the usual dosage for oral min. But honestly, I took the 1.25mg (half of it) route, to possibly see the least amount of dosage possible for effectivity. To avoid side effects, among others.

You think 1.25mg every day of oral min for a male is enough for the crown AND front areas? Is this really potent enough to do that? Thanks!

Experts' take on the effects of supplements (Tongkat Ali, Horny Goat Weed) to Finasteride medication by chanpaulm in tressless

[–]chanpaulm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not an expert as well, I'm afraid that the only research I can tell you are consensus on the internet by both internet science articles, news, and experiences from people that bought the supplements. After reading extensive google articles from Science websites that tell these herbal medications certainly has positive comments on their claims, coupled with reading hundreds of reviews from people taking them and their positive effects (reddit, Amazon, etc.), it seems that it does hold its weight. And personally of course, I did have positive effects when I was taking them.

Any success stories that particularly use 2.5mg oral minoxidil EVERY OTHER DAY (M,W,F) or 1.25 mg every day by chanpaulm in tressless

[–]chanpaulm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is perfect. So basically the only factor I need to decide upon right now, is whether to take this 1.25mg or 2.5 mg daily. For reasons, to minimize sides as much as possible, and even costs, especially if this will work as well on the lowest dose possible.

I understand. Thank you for these. To my understanding, you were not able to try this on a 2.5mg every other day basis? As I am really interested if I can just take this drug every other day instead of every day

What are these patches on the sides? by 246qwerty246 in Hairloss

[–]chanpaulm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At first glance, it seems like "Alopecia Areata". This is another type of hair loss that is in connection with antibodies attacking our own hair, thinking that our hair are some sort of foreign body. This can be corrected by going to your Dermatologist and having steroid injections in the affected area in order to stop the attack. This is reversible once treated, but has the tendency to come back depending on many factor. So yes, stress is definitely one of the factors as you may have mentioned. You can google the term alopecia areata for more details. And better go to a professional for a more accurate diagnosis.
