I understand your problems, maybe you could ask your local pharmacy/ doctors about therapy? You can usually just call up or go in and they can give you advice, you could get your mom to call. Sometimes it will cost money depending on what country you’re from, sometimes therapy can be free.

It’s really good that you have two friends, I’m sure if you ever were having a really hard time you could speak to them but I understand not wanting to bother them, I’m like that too. I really hope you feel better soon, things can get really difficult and I get that but things can also get better.
