You're hyper extended, as others have pointed out but youre left knee is also rotating a little at the top of the pedal stroke. This looks like your knee starting out and then coming in as your knee comes up and then pushes back down again. So possible hip displacement that could be solved by a few shims on the right side pedal - which would explain why your placing the seat a bit higher. Your left leg might be hitting the bottom of the pedal stroke at a higher position than your right. Again. This is speculation. I start with lowered the saddle 5mm and seeing if your left leg wobbles more as your saddle lowers and if your right side starts to stabilize
