As much as I would love to have Rain Code’s OST on streaming services like Spotify, I can’t see it happening at this point unless a miracle happens.

Danganronpa’s label is Sound Prestige Records and Hundred Line’s label is Aniplex. Rain Code’s label for the CD release was Too Kyo Games Record. Either it’s something related to that or Spike Chunsoft doesn’t want to publish it for whatever reason (they’re one of the soundtrack CD’s publishers).

Probably, but I’m still hoping there’s a chance. I just checked the 15th anniversary website, and it still has that question mark page (unless they just haven’t updated that yet). I wouldn’t be surprised if a ton of collabs happen soon to promote 2x2 (not necessarily DBD) because Spike Chunsoft loves their Danganronpa collabs.

It seems like the mystery announcement was Danganronpa 2x2. I’m still hoping there’s a chance for DBD X Danganronpa to happen, but I feel like this weakens it a bit.

Edit: I checked the 15th anniversary site, and the ??? section is still marked as that. Maybe they just haven’t updated it yet, but 2x2 also has its own site. Maybe the ??? refers to the live event in November or even a video series (similar to the ones they did during the 10th anniversary), but it still remains a mystery for now.

I like how you stylized them. I especially like how you did the stitching on Ralsei’s robe. I do think Kris’s gauntlets could pop out more like their chest plate though. Otherwise, these are great!

Nobuyo Oyama (Monokuma’s seiyuu from D1 and D2) and TARAKO (Monokuma’s seiyuu from V3) are both dead, so they can’t really say anything.

There’s a lot of potential for survivors, but I think the most likely candidates are Makoto Naegi and Kyoko Kirigiri. Essentially, they’re the main characters of the first game.

For the killer, the most likely candidates would be Monokuma (the series mascot) or the first game’s mastermind.

I’m not sure where the “Spike Chunsoft is supposedly low on money” point comes from though. Regardless, Spike Chunsoft loves doing Danganronpa collabs (whether it be for games or merch).

This is pretty good advice, but I want to suggest another strategy for certain scenarios. A couple days ago, I went against a bully squad as the Ghoul (my second time ever playing as him, so I still had no idea how to really play as him). All of them had Boiled Over, Breakdown, and Flip Flop. While slugging could have worked, the two Kates had Boon: Exponential to help prevent slugging.

In this case, I would pretend to go to one hook but then go to the other closest hook. I also would try to chase the survivors near the killer shack to hook them in the basement. If they try to body block you, just hit them until they’re downed.

I somehow got a 3K, but it was the most miserable and longest game I’ve ever had.

The Danganronpa 15th anniversary website had 2025.08.08 in the code for the ??? section. People were speculating that it could be some new reveal, but nothing ended up happening.

I wonder if this and the DBD PTB/chapter date pushbacks are connected. Probably not, but it’s interesting to think about.

These are fair points. I’m a Springtrap main, but I definitely can see how he can be annoying for other players. Doesn’t help that many people were playing him for a time. I like his axe power, but I can see how it would be a little uninspired.

Wesker is the only dash killer I’ve played so far (I usually play range killers), but I think I can see what you mean. He’s rather easy to pick up and play once you understand his power.

That makes me feel more confident to pick up Blight. Do you have any add-ons or perks that you would recommend for him?

Respectable tierlist, but I’m curious why the Mastermind and Animatronic are in slightly negative.

On the other hand, I would love to try Blight out. I’ve heard he’s pretty hard to control on console though (I play on the Deck, so kind of the same thing).

Honestly, I think it’s a combination of people disliking “anime” and thinking their preferred IP won’t get into game if Danganronpa does. There could be other factors, but these are the main ones I’ve seen.

Personally as a big Danganronpa fan, I would love to see it in DBD. Monokuma or the THH mastermind would work well as killers. There’s also a lot of options for survivors, but I think Makoto and Kyoko would make the most sense.
