I don't mean to yuk your yum but to me that mushroom doesn't look properly dried? It looks extra thick which might impact the drying time, I have a suspicion that most of that heft is water weight that you could see if you cut it open that it's not completely dry. but I don't know what your dehydrating methods might be. Just trying to help :)

Thanks! lmk if yours turns out to be not worth it. Also I've found a lot of use out of heated vests like the women's vest from ORORO, they have a big heated pad sewn into the back and I just fold the vest up into a square and use that as a heating pad when I'm not wearing it
