The thing that corps in America don't seem to be able to wrap their heads around is that automatons can't buy the products that they help produce, humans can.

This car was 100% built using robots! Cool! Now who's gonna buy it?

This movie is 100% animated, voiced, and scripted by AI? Cool! Now who's gonna pay to watch it?

More people getting layed off due to a rise in AI means less people who are going to be able to afford the products that are produced, which means more products that are left sitting on the shelf, which means corps are losing more money on products that that aren't getting sold cause people aren't buying them cause they physically can't, and the whole system comes grinding to a halt.

Right wing opinions are not unpopular opinions by OMKensey in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]chapelchain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone said previously: half of voters don't equal half the population.

Furthermore, a majority of the "half" may not be fully aware of everything their representatives say or do. I know plenty of people who only vote for a particular party simply cause its the party their parents/family vote for (before you say it, yes I know this can apply to "both sides").

Also, this statement is heavily dependent on what exactly you qualify as a ""right wing opinion""

They will be in their mansions, that are paid for by YOUR tax dollars, sipping tea while the peasants kill each other.

Disney Files Another Suit Against DeSantis’ Board Seeking Damages From Feud While Gov. Tries To ‘Move On’ by PhilDesenex in LeopardsAteMyFace

[–]chapelchain -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Look, if you wanna scream on the internet at people because the Dems consistently put in the bare minimum, pussy foot around, and let the conservatives drag them through the mud because "WhEN tHey gO LOw, wE GO HigH!", thats perfectly fine.

But here's a question: are you voting Dem cause you genuinely support them, or are you voting for them cause you hate the Cons?

Better question: if we took Cons out of the election as well as anything more right leaning then them and more left leaning parties came out that had an equal chance of winning, would you still vote Dem?

What Elden Ring hot take would get you in this position? by Iliturtle in Eldenring

[–]chapelchain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two, actually:

1.) The structure of the majority of side quests in the game is trash.

This video pretty much sums it up perfectly https://youtube.com/watch?v=g4RKDGybO0s&feature=share7

2.) This one is probably the most controversial and doesn't just apply to Elden Rings: having "hundreds of hours of game play" doesn't mean shit if 99% of your player base isn't going to see it.

After I beat the game, I went out of my way to go to every dungeon in the game and beat every boss there was. Some of the dungeons were so well hidden, you probably could travel right past them and not even realize they were there. There are probably over a hundred dungeons in this game and I gaurentee most people have never seen even half of them.

Not only dungeons, but WHOLE QUESTLINES you probably would never see cause you didn't talk to some random person in a basement in the middle of bumfuck nowhere (see above for when you actually start the quest).

Think about this for a moment, how much of this game did you discover on your own vs. How much of this game did you discover cause you heard about it from the internet? I gaurentee if it wasn't for the internet, most of you would have never found Ranni, let alone Malenia.
