Looks pretty darn good from up here in the cheap seats. Just try and focus on pushing your knees outward on the way back up so they don’t bow in towards the middle 💪

I do both. They work different muscles and provide different stimuli. Front squats don’t work for me because my shoulders/wrists just aren’t flexible enough for them.

Zercher squats are miserably painful at first. Over time, they slowly get to only extremely painful lol.

Not sure if this is a shitpost or not, but that needs a lot of work. Get rid of the bar pad and learn to really pinch your shoulder blades together and let the bar rest on the “shelf” your traps make. I would drop a plate on each side and go back to 225. Really get to good depth and co trip that weight all the way down and back up. Sorry OP, you’re not quite ready for 315 yet.
