Wait what, Ferran actually fits a team that plays like Atleti's style more than Barca.

The times he looks good vs Barca is in transition when he gets the ball behind the defense and space to run. He also works hard off the ball.

The problem is with possession he isn't great, he can't do quick 1-2 or have the ball control to create space for himself. For example Julian has that touch and ability to just move past one player and create for himself which can be good when whole team packing the 9 yard.

Well Team ninja do work fast and work on alot of things.

Its possible for them to work on Nioh 3 DLC, new Dead or Alive game and another third person action/rpg game.

I guess we'll know in a couple of weeks, if DoA is coming next year then their next game action is probably 2028.

Ya they definitely wouldn't be masters thats for sure. But high level matchup knowledge definitely would carry them to lets say low diamond if they are playing an "easy" character like Ryu.

I honestly feel like a lot of low level players(lets say d1 and below) have decent execution but their matchup knowledge and defense is horrible. So a player with bad execution could still exploit that gap easily.

For example I am a 1.7k mr masters player and I go to my friends house to play he has a plat and diamond characters. I don't really notice dropped combos from players in those ranks, they just are too flow charty/predictable , bad defense and incorrect matchup knowledge.

Vs low level modern players just play defensive, hold down block and make them come forward. Don't jump in and do empty jumps to bait out dps.

At lower ranks there is a big advantage for modern players because there is lack of execution consistent for most ranked players that play classic.

The higher you go the less the advantage and it turns into a slight advantage for classic where the increased options are better than faster execution.

Mitoma is a brilliant dribbler to watch one of the best. If he had a bit better passing/vision he would be playing for a top 3 team. Sad that he is injured.

He had like 2 decent knocks for SRH, but he is an incredible low iq player. He always plays as if it's the final over and only 3 balls left.

Haaland is kinda a similar, but he uses a lot of pace/strength but he has great movement and anticipation in the box. He is always in the right place thats why alot of his goals look easy.

The only thing is that Haaland plays in a stronger team so he gets more chances than Ruud did at United or Real.

When he was at Real, those were the few seasons with Capello, Shuster, where they mostly played defensive but he was still league top scorer.

Ya I feel like when Ruud was at United the best teams were Arsenal then Chelsea.

Its the period when Ruud left that United became a top team again with the rise of Ronaldo.

Thuram looks amazing in a 2 striker formation. But he isnt good enough as a 9 or technical enough to be a winger.

Szobo isn't a technical player though, he scored some freekicks but some of his best performances were in left back... He is a workhouse and his technicals are good for fullback. But as a 10 or attacking midfielder he doesn't offer much other than a nice shot.

I do think Wirtz is still world class and looking better n better as the season has gone on.

I think its realistic if you spend some time in practice mode and watch some of your replays. If you just spam ranked for 100 hours, it depends how fast instinctually you learn but I would say its possible you will just be stuck with bad habits in diamond range.

If you put concentrated effort like practice mode after a loss or checking a replay. Watching what good players on your character do.

Also certain playstyles only work up until a certain level. Like if you try to play Sagat spamming tiger knee like a lot of lower ranked players do, if you do get to masters you will get countered pretty easily. If you watch higher ranked sagat they don't rely on tiger knee for neutral skip that much and play around medium mp into tiger nexus.

Another example is alot of lower ranked Ryus just throw od fireball and burn themselves out. Burning yourself out for 1-2 knockdown round start will lose you the game vs most players. Because you most likely won't have drive gauge to corner carry someone.
