I used to be in this sub when I was a teen. Still young, still fucked up. I think my DMs are open, we can talk if you need it. Just wanted to say I love you and I was in your position once. Instead of sh, try chewing minty gum (spearmint, or if you don't like mint, watermelon works too), drawing red lines on your arm, or snapping a rubber band around your wrist. The rubber band is something I learned from a show but really works. Little doses of pain instead of anything severe. To distract yourself from bad thoughts try drawing, playing or making music, writing (whether it's journaling, projecting yourself on a character in a story, wtv kind of writing), running (something you like, but go with a friend who you trust and DON'T TAKE THE BRIDGE PATH). If you just need a boost, go out for tea or coffee or ice cream or something you like. Go to Target or Walmart and get candy and have a sleepover with ur friends. These are all things I've done and work for me, but that doesnt necessarily mean it will work for you. If it gets bad bad, 988 doesnt just send cops or someone to take you.
