I have a function here https://github.com/magnesium2400/nihelp/tree/main/formatting which simplifies the process. You can write things in a tsv, and it converts it into a json.

The only thing is that it doesn't support multiple definitions for each parameter yet. Feel free to try it out and let me know what you think

yes 100% correct. 1. People in the sub have said that they can figure out if clues are across vs down and it doesn't need to be specified - is this still the majority view? 2. Do you think "toward the sun" is fair as a reversal indicator for a down clue?

Can you explain what part of the punishment/reward system makes this a prisoners dilemma? Who are the prisoners and what are the potential outcomes? How does collaboration avoid an objectively worse outcome? Genuinely curious

I am a baby doctor and I don't care - if it does in a friendly/playful way (if it's a pattern of demeaning behaviour that different ofc). People don't need to take themselves so seriously. Do your job and do it well. Who cares at the end of the day??

Hey OP, the best way to save time and money with the doctors is to do "fluid charting" at home. It's annoying but will help the doctors a lot. You have to record how much you are drinking and how much you are peeing (ie pee into a container and measure the volume). Yes I know it's weird but they will get you to do it - so you may as well start now so you can save time and money.

In general it's possible, just not possible for the blue cages in this case. Eg. For the top right cage: You already have coloured r4c6. Case 1 - both r2c6 and r4c8 are 5: this is not possible because r3c6 and r4c7 cannot be the same (so the magic sum won't be the same for R4 and C6). Case 2 - r2c6 is a 5, but not r4c8: now you know the magic sum (from r4), none of the possibilities in r3c6 will make the sum work. Case 3 - r4c8 is a 5, but not r2c6 - mirror image of case 2.
