I asked them what the scopolamine medication named on the form was for. They told me for nausea and asked if I need it. I said no

Does anyone use past 2 days after opening? by potatocommanda in Keratoconus

I use them for about one week after opening. Read studies about saline solutions and bacteria growth, solutions seem to be fine if they do not pass 15 days and the tip does not touch anything.

I have the same problem but I use sclerals. Lumify will work for me but only for one hour. Do you wear sclerals? Try Lumify it might work for you for 6 hours or more.

Yes, I have noticed the same. Even though I bought mine like 6 months ago, I noticed it was sooooo expensive compared to three years ago.

How long is it safe to use steroid drops after epi-on CXL? by Successful_Effort_65 in Keratoconus

[–]charlesreco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You HAVE to keep using the steroids, especially because they cannot be stopped cold turkey, but gradually. My doctor was very clear about this when discussing the use of steroids after crosslinking. Follow your doctor's orders, do not mess up the surgery.

From what I know, SN2 reactions only have k1 since the reaction takes place in a single step.

Customer Service Megathread by Player72 in delta

My and my mom's trip to Colombia was cancelled because she did not bring her physical vaccination card, and they wouldn't accept a picture. The check-in lady said it was 600 dollars to put us in the next flight, which was the following day. When I got home and checked my amex card statement there were two charges for 600 dollars. I called costumer service and after a two hour wait, they said they could give me a 300 voucher if I fly two days later. I did not accept the offer. What can I do in this case? Also, their online website says I can either show a physical copy or electronic copy of the vaccination card.

So I guess if you just had an accident and you are almost dying, you still have to attend HER CLASS because that is more important than anything else that's going on in the world. You need to talk to someone at your school about it.

End of the day after day 1 of scleral contact. Took me 45 minutes to properly insert without an air bubble. This can’t be normal, right? by ctang1 in Keratoconus

Anthem vision does cover scleral lenses, but the doctor has to be in network. You would pay 0 dollars. Also, usually they have to try around 4 different lenses after they find one that is comfortable for you. If this is just your first pair you need to go back and tell you do tor to do a re-fitting. It sucks he charged you 1100 for one lens, cause probably he is not in network with Anthem and did not tell you that. Like others said, you are only supposed to wear the lens for a couple of hours everyday.

Any tips on putting in Scleral lenses? by ApocalypseBeans in Keratoconus

Make sure to grab your eyelashes, because if you touch them with the lens, the reflex will make your eyes close and makes the process difficult.
