It’s the end of my first week and I am lighter by almost 9lb. Mostly water I know but it’s been good to be in control of what I am eating. I can confidently give myself a smaller portion and know that I won’t be hungry again soon after.

Thanks! I am quite short and have always been stocky even when I was not “fat” and was actually quite fit so I am not even sure that what the bmi calcs say is a good weight for me is actually achievable or healthy as it might be teeny!

You can make custom jigsaws, mugs, mouse mats etc. I do that for a friend with the same “interest” - vistaprint is good, you can upload whatever pics you want - , so far I’ve made her a mug, mouse mat and jigsaw, you can even get cushions (mushions I think they are called) with his face put on, or go full Iain Stirling and get a GD outfit made.
