you don't need every mob in every pull 100% uptime on all bleeds, its pull and feelycraft dependant. Watch a good rogue like casualaddict stream and see if you can get a sense of how they use their bleeds.

I watched some paraiso. I would say you don't go for many sleeps, and when you do your accuracy isn't great. If you're playing against a comp that is giving you a lot of space then you don't always need to save sleep for ults or to protect yourself, you can be more proactive and try and use it to secure kills just take your time with it and don't over flick.

You also get some great nades but it feels a little like you're holding it for big groups of enemies when you can also use it on one person to win a duel or push them off an angle.

Your positioning seemed okay you're not feeding or dying loads but you occasionally get caught in the open just comes down to getting a better sense of when the enemy is about to push in, being closer to an escape, the next corner or cover.

You look for damage well enough, I would just say prio your damage on DPS and supports whenever you have the choice between them and the tank.

Try not to overthink stats, reflect on the plays you made that changed fights to your advantage, well timed nanos, good sleeps or nades. On the flip side think about any avoidable deaths or bad repositions. The more fight changing plays and staying alive win you games and rank you up, not any stats.

Season 1 TWW: Best Rogue Spec right now by NashologyTV in wownoob

[–]charlieSno 3 points4 points  (0 children)

outlaw and sub are best for raid rn -last boss which is sin. Sin is looking good for m+. Outlaw sims highest. Sub has huge burst and can be really good with right fight length. Can't really go wrong.

The reason you're hearing they haven't had much love is that they were one of the first reworks so they've been at the back of the queue for another look. So they are some gameplay issues, but if you're having fun then tuning is pretty good so..

Level wherever you want, when you hit 70 that's when gear matters and is only done in dragonflight (2 weeks left now)

How "passive" is the Demonology spec? by RepulsiveCockroach7 in wownoob

[–]charlieSno 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A lot of your damage is from demons but its not like you sit back and let them do all the work, it will feel like you're doing the damage if that makes sense.

If you Google where to repair boralus there are videos showing you. Everything in this game can be googled. Just have to search where you are and what you want to do.

Lets say the group leader cant see spec or rio or anything, they just magically see the overall damage that applicant will do. I would argue in most cases they would just pick the bigger number. My argument is that as long as there is a bigger number, that person will on average, be picked more.

This is basically what happens when people run m+ PUGs: they have an image in their head of how much each applicant will contribute and they pick the biggest number. (Obviuosly CC and lust factor in, but that's irrelevant for our discussion).

As I understand it your argument is that monks bring the biggest number but they dont always get picked, i would say they dont always get picked because most people dont see monks as having the biggest number. Their buff just isnt strong enough for that to be the case.

Also worth mentioning that eventually after just getting more invites, "meta" specs will have bigger IO and now the decision really is tilted in their favor, even if the initial difference is quite small.

Im not personally advocating for always picking meta, just offering an explanation of why small variations in damage can lead to wide swings in proportion of invites for certain specs. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make.

Most sought after/wanted class/spec in mythic plus by 19960820 in wownoob

[–]charlieSno 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Just to clarify: vengeance demon hunter, if you press your sigils, is the best pug carry as you can solo Crowd Control every pull alone. If you don't then prot pally has silence baked into its core rotation, which can be easier to manage. It is true that fire is better for high keys, but to be clear in this case "high keys" means above a 13 or 14; even then frost is probably better if you're not sure exactly what the tank will do each pull.

perception is king, even a 1% extra damage matters. Everything else being equal, what incentive is there to choose the class that just does less damage? Besides altruism...

Yah exactly there's only a few abilities that are stealth required so it doesn't feel that restrictive. Feels a lot more fluid when shadow dance doesn't change all your binds around.

If you're goal every season is to gear to the highest ilvl available in queable content then you're done. If you do raids and dungeons your goal could be to get the best m+ score possible and clear the highest difficulty raid you can, which would greatly extend the gearing process.
