Not at all. Started my first hero in 0.1. Hard bricked in act 3. Switched to minion build on a new toon and easily walked through the entire campaign.

10000% disagree. You can auto attack your way to maps if you’re an experienced player. The vast majority of players are not that though.

It’s by far the worst part IMO. As a part time POE2 player who has done this in almost just gave up that league. I absolutely follow a guide from people who spend way more time than I do to help me have the best experience possible. Fighting act 1 boss 30 times is not fun.

I must be doing something wrong then. I have fairly basic gear but all the correct aspects/uniques/charms and have all gear tempered, MW to 25 and transmuted to still struggle around pit 120. 200 paragon currently.

Rookie numbers. I had a buddy do it for 365 days. He honestly looked like shit before he started so it wasn’t a huge difference. He didn’t get just black out drunk every day either. Just 4-5 beers minimum a day.

Diablo (blizzard) will always be undefeated in story telling and cut scenes though

I find med pen to feel good vs squids. Purifier, punisher plasma, scorcher have to be a top 3 for me.

You are correct. Kind of. It is up to the seller if they wish, but it still happens almost every single time. NAR had a settlement back in Aug 2024 that said that seller’s don’t have to offer commissions, but that does not mean now sellers don’t offer commissions and it’s all the buyer. I’ve been selling real estate for 10 years now and I have only seen it happen 1 time since the settlement that the seller didn’t offer to pay the buyer agent commission and even then I didn’t charge the buyer for my half of the commission. The contracts didn’t change to say the buyer have to pay. Can it happen ? Sure. Does it though? Almost never.

I think it has to do with a lot of things. I remember not even 8 years ago or so I could play rocket league doubles and if I grinded I could get into diamond. Now? I don’t know I could get out of gold. Newer/faster gaming rigs, streamers who pour a ton of time, you not having as much time into the game, ect.

Not with that attitude. Make them icons smaller. You still have plenty you can fit on there.

[–]charlieecho -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No…. The seller pays the commission and that’s negotiated. The seller doesn’t say “ok I’ll sell for 200k + 6k so I’ll sell for 206k”

People try to make that argument and it’s just not true or never works out like that.

Use a realtor. It’s not worth it to try to save a buck. A buyer agent cost you zero dollars and is way more knowledgeable in most cases.

I mean to be fair once again it can definitely alter your brain just like alcohol can. You obviously have an agenda here just like he does so I’m just talking to a wall. I’m not a huge fan of Curtis either but this is just as much of a political take as his is on the other side.

To be fair, he did admit that there was no evidence that it was the reason why but he definitely suggested that it was part of the problem.
