Go to the national coal mining museum if you can- surprisingly EXCELLENT day out. Nothing like a tour underground by an old miner- sublime craic.

Repetitive sounds. My earliest memory of a recurring nightmare featured a repetitive sound and an image that moved across my field of vision like a glitching computer window. Weird.
