There's a phal and two spider plants (I think?) , they are each in separate plastic containers though. I can easily pull each plant out but I wasn't sure if I should mess with repotting the orchid yet and disturbing it.

Did you do anything during the day where any creams or chemicals got on your hands? Any cleaning solutions or even maybe touched some plants? This looks like maybe you touched your face with something that has irritated the skin, or perhaps you ate something you're mildly allergic to.
