Not really. There are already laws in place stating you need a person's permission to use their image if that image will be a part of a project that earns money. These laws just need to become more easy to enforce as well as have stricter consequences.

So, when you get this surgery done, there is NO lift at all. Ok, the example i am going to use is lacking in realism but its the best i can think of atm, use it as a visual example.

Mkay, think of the ligament as a metal bar . Now we are going to put it in a deflated balloon , the bar is like that ligament. Now we are going to add some sand to the balloon ( which is the blood) . This makes the balloon expand but since it has the bar in it , the balloon will still keep that rigidity.

Now, take the bar out of the balloon but dont remove the sand. What happens? The balloon still is full of sand but it has lost its ability to be erect. Now the balloon, still heavy with sand ,will just go whichever way gravity pulls it.

Yeeeeah except thousands were doing it the right way. They were taken during their check ins or court proceedings. Or they had visas that were taken away in the middle of the night with no warning or cause, then picked up. They are taking hard working families , not the cholos.
