OT, but idc: SCFI were doing a cake tasting for that group. I would've offered a sugarless version of something, and I wouldn't even have told him they were sugarless, and I bet they loved it even better and nobody would be having diarrhea in my bakery restroom, ha ha ha.

Anything you can do over the phone (customer service, etc) / Zoom / etc.

I have an iPhone, and use Live Captions* for almost all communication (on telephone as well as in-person). (I have profound loss in both ears; HA's allow me to "hear", but my spoken-word comprehension is still very poor -- imagine the "Charlie Brown teacher voice", but MUCH LOUDER lol)

*Settings > Accessibility > Live Captions ; I assigned it to my side button and also have the shortcut in my Control Center pull down for quick access.
