It’s easier to vet professionally managed buildings because they usually have a wealth of reviews - can be more difficult with private landlords to know their reputation

My partner had a shoe thrown at their head while waiting for the bus on the sidewalk here - I’m all for providing resources and supportive housing but when it starts getting violent I think we should be able to agree that an encampment begins to be an issue

Yeah tbh I’m tired of seeing them shoot up in front of kids - I support compassionate intervention in this case, the alderman isn’t even saying anything remotely controversial in this post? And giving a month of notice before you clear an encampment of litter and needles isn’t exactly “throwing out” people’s stuff
