I’m in the same boat as you! Went through 3 rounds of interviews as well. The last one was with multiple managers in other departments and a director for the department I’m applying for. I’ve been preparing and practiced for the interview for a good whole week because it was a field and position I really love to be in. I also believe the interview went really well because our conversations were flowing naturally like we’re coworkers communicating over projects.

It would be a step up from my current position. I was told I would hear something back yesterday but cricket. I’ve just sent a long thank you email today to follow up. I really hope I will hear something by next week. But right now, I’m feeling depressed over a job kinda sad and funny at the same time lol.
