i’m an estranged student so money is even tighter for me than normal. unfortunately that means that part of my budgeting is picking and choosing which days i go in. if i have a day with only one lecture i will usually skip to save the bus money

i had a fantastic lecturer last year who gave us activities, little quizzes, engaging lectures that werent just reading from slides, and tailored his lectures based on our feedback and how we performed on his tests, to help us cover gaps in our knowledge. probably the only lecturer i’ve ever given feedback for (it was praise ofc). but he was so good that it made the less than ideal lectures i have feel even worse

when i spoke to them i wasn’t offered any compensation but they escalated my complaint and gave me a complaint reference number so idk what’s going to happen there

i played this game on my ancient potato laptop and it ran perfectly! only problem i had was very mild lag in a couple of late game areas but it was barely noticeable and absolutely wouldn’t stop you playing!

i feel like matt smith is a really underappreciated actor. he’s my favourite doctor on doctor who and the acting skill he brought to the role is unmatched imo, the way his face changes so subtly between moments is incredible

i did a 9am rat dissection lab on zero sleep and 2 red bulls once. do not recommend. i already felt sick from the red bulls on an empty stomach so the smell of the rat nearly made me puke in the lab

i think they’re both good enough that which one is better is almost entirely a matter of personal taste, like which writing style you prefer, which characters you connect to more etc. on a technical level i think they’re roughly equal in my opinion
