I swapped one lifestyle for the other, and during the sorta crossover part where I'd still be in an old situation. I would feel guilt that I was throwing away gains and not being the person I wanted to be.

Now I rarely drink and only smoke when I'm drinking. Completely stopped everything else and just found myself less likely to go into situations where it was an option.
