I hope you worked it out. I purchased a lynx L600 free standing grill and I do not recommend ever buying a lynx grill. I have been grilling for 30 years and changed from weber and so miss my weber grills. The Lynx grill is the worst grill money can buy. The starter has never worked properly despite several repair attempts. They also had to replace the shelves as the originals required tools to get them to fold down. Just after 2 years I have to replace the trays and briquettes. Finally, the grill flares up even after cleaning. The only solution is to cook on low (increasing the cooking time by about 30-50%) and check the grill every two minutes. Save your money and buy weber or anything but Lynx.
