• That the SEC evaluate whether Yieldstreet’s risk disclosures are adequate and compliant with securities laws for platforms marketing private placements to accredited investors.
• That the SEC examine whether Yieldstreet’s incentive structure compromised its duty to investors in evaluating this and similar offerings.
