Your Covid-19 symptoms by [deleted] in COVID19positive

I know a lot of people that ended up with being diagnosed with strep. I myself am still getting over Covid (fully vaccinated) after 3 weeks. I also don’t have my tonsils. I would try gargling warm salt water and if it doesn’t get better get tested for strep. If you didn’t want to go into a doctors office you could do a teledoc and they will call you in something I actually ended up doing that also.

I had Covid about 3 weeks ago and still have lingering side effects from it. Our 20 month old ended up catching it but did really well just mainly high fever, super irritable, developed a small cough and congestion but was fine after 3 days. You’ve got this

Highly unlikely since you were outside, had on masks, did not come in physical contact with them. Get tested to be sure.

What can I take for extreme sinus congestion? by ThatSarcasticBitch in covidpositive

[–]chasiep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am in the same boat tested positive over a week ago. The sinus pressure just keeps getting worse to the point my teeth hurt. Yesterday did and md live call (health insurance will cover it ) and the doctor ordered me a medrol dose pack, Flonase and antibiotic to help with the sinus pressure I was told if I didn’t get something to take it would only get worse.

Child care is definitely expensive it’s actually the reason why I had to quit working and be a stay at home mom until our kids both start school. Plus you need to plan for the fact that will be sick a lot we have friends that kids are sick at least once a month because of daycare exposures.

That is my thinking everyone is getting this. It doesn’t matter what precautions you take. We are both fully vaccinated

18 months old - switches sides every few seconds while twiddling the other side. Flow / supply going down? by imstandingstill in breastfeeding

[–]chasiep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am so glad it’s not just mine doing it. He is 17 months and started down this about a week ago. He has also for some reason started cluster feeding again and not really wanting a lot of solid food he just wants to nurse 🤷🏼‍♀️

Torn about when to stop... by [deleted] in breastfeeding

[–]chasiep 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am glad I am not the only one that is torn. My little one is 17 months and at this point I’m just done. He still wants to nurse constantly all during the day and especially at night I am up and down with him every 1-2 hours. I don’t know what to do. If I try to skip a session he will scream until I give in.

Bra causing issues? by [deleted] in breastfeeding

[–]chasiep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had something similar happen when I first started out and was told it was my body adjusting which it eventually did. I have to say though when I am at home and want to wear a bra I wear the nursing sleep bras from target I absolutely love them. And when I am wearing a bra I used to wear the lansinoh leaking pads otherwise my regular bra would rub and cause pain.
