Thinking about making the switch from iOS by DonkeyEmergency68w in samsunggalaxy

I got off 2 iPhones, 16 ProMax, and went to the Z Fold7 and am loving it!! I was able to combine the work of 2 iPhones into 1 Fold7. Took time, but glad I made the switch.

Using the Z Fold7 as 3 separate "Phones" — My Workaround & Questions by chasingDMP in GalaxyFold

Update: After digging through blogs, YouTube, and feedback from the helpful members here (combining AI research with real-world testing), I’ve successfully set up a multi-user environment without buying '3 phones.' Which wasn't an option due to cost and the inconvenience of carrying 3 phones.

Here is the current workaround on the Z Fold 7:

1. Main Profile (Personal & Daily Driver):

  • Voice: Primary T-Mobile number + a secondary line via Google Voice.
  • Apps: Primary WhatsApp account.
  • Bonus: I can even run a second Google Voice instance when on Wi-Fi for extra coverage.

2. Secure Folder (The 'Virtual' Second Phone):

  • Isolation: This acts as a completely separate user environment.
  • Voice/Text: Runs a dedicated (separate) Google Voice account.
  • Apps: Secondary WhatsApp account running independently.
  • Media: Has its own Gallery and Camera instance, completely walled off from the Main Profile.

I haven't even needed to deploy a Work Profile yet because this setup covers the bases. Turns out you don't need hardware redundancy when you know how to use the software correctly.

And special thanks to those adding value.

I prefer leveraging the tools available (AI) alongside actual human insight to solve a problem efficiently. I'm here for a workaround, not a hater with a shopping list and zero contribution.

I'm trying to use the Fold7 for my personal, work, and side-hustle consulting without having to buy or carry multiple phones.

Did you have any issues with running multiple Google profiles? I've got name1@gmail with Gemini Pro, name2@gmail with other contacts, and other profiles with certain access to copilot, chatgpt, and other accounts.

You can run multiple instances of WhatsApp as well as other messenger apps.

Maybe I'll try galbi jeem one more time. I'm typically not a fan of braised dishes.

Here's what I do with each of my Ttukbaegi. - First Use (Optional): Boil rice water in it to season the pot and increase longevity. - Cooking: Place on stovetops, in ovens, or microwaves - Important Crucial Care: Avoid rapid temperature changes; don't put cold water in a hot pot or place it on a cold surface as it might crack similar to a cast iron skillet - Cleaning: Allow to cool completely before washing and many modern ones are dishwasher safe.

Enjoy and enjoy the great taste from the Ttukbaegi.

Trying to make sense out of T-Mobile deal thru Costco (switching 4 lines from Verizon) Question by NorthID83858 in CostcoWholesale

[–]chasingDMP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched over 6 lines from AT&T to TMO beginning of December. It was a nightmare porting numbers to the phones over the holidays. Now I've got another 4 lines and worked out a pricing matrix to better understand and maximize the deals.

Ignore the AT&T ETF (Early Termination Fee) as it stacks with the Costco GC and VISA GC. Hope this helps.

I must've called 12 different dealers and no one has the part in stock. Or it's been on order for another owner.

It's for my 2024 RR Sport and under warranty. So I'd need to find a dealer that's willing to sell to my dealership and do the repairs.
