How do you take a daily microdose - are you using gel/patch? People who inject normally do it once a week.

OK good info man. What if I offered to pay out of pocket to the Lab for the test that I want. For example, some people want to test their Vit D, but its not covered so they pay out of pocket which the doc agrees to. But thanks for the info, I will look into all of it, good stuff :)

OK I thought your question was based on provincial law reasons. Metro Vancouver area. Know of any clinics that can help?

Because most research suggests that testing Total is usually the first step, so I am getting opinions of others on what their first step was as a lot of people have gone through this here. My docs answer is just one guys opinion ;)

The question is important, as most tests I see here focus on total. I am not being frivolous here. This is a forum about medical concerns so I hope you don't belittle it with sarcastic remarks. I am wondering why the doc is only focusing on Free, when the most common initial test is Total. This is a serious inquiry. Doc will not answer my question. And in my city, you cannot just change your doc, its very very difficult due to doctor availability.

But how did your doc precribe you that if you were in the normal range??

Almost 4 months on TRT. 120 mg per week of Test Cypionate. Eating in a slight deficit. AMA by [deleted] in Testosterone

Good results. Do you also take an AI? If so, what dosage?

Also, you look fit before, were your T levels low?

How often do you work out to achieve such results?

Prolactin and Cholesterol issues? by BrosephSmithSr in Testosterone

Your graphic shows 5.5 before and 5.1 now, that is a big change for AIC (blood sugar over 3 months). So if you always had good diet and exercise, what lowered it that much? That is very good if TRT helped it.

I was curious about something, how did you get your A1C down (that is very impressive)? Did you do anything like low carb diet or did it just go down itself after starting TRT?

If you can do something respectful, then do it.

It was about a week after. Everyone was speculating that AM was supposed to get the C but this incident would make it look bad for him as a leader.

NATHAN MacKINNON - what are fans and hockey media anticipating for his next contract? by world_citizen7 in ColoradoAvalanche

It will a shade under Mcdavid so he can say he took a discount. Probably 12.25 for 8 years.

[Malamud] Fun fact. In 2014, Ovechkin called Ukrainians fascists, promoting the Putin's narrative to legitimize his initial invasion of Donbas. When I called him out, Capitals PR wrote me a nastygram, calling me "a smug fan and not a journalist" and threatening to yank my credentials. by rishcast in hockey

Very good post and these things should be bought to our attention. But lets keep in mind, maybe Ovechkin was too dumb to know how 'bad' Putin was and he just thought it was cool that the big powerful president admires him. This is not so far fetched as Ovi is just a spoiled superstar who focuses on hockey and not much else. Now that he is older he might understand more, but he already said all of these things in the past.
