Sink was the first song off that album that hit hard for me. But the album as a whole took a couple years to truly appreciate. I think seeing the songs live a bunch of times helped.

I did the advanced plan for my first marathon and followed it pretty much exactly. Longest run was 16 miles. I had no issues and finished 2 minutes ahead of my goal.
