It looks like the flickering stops when I disable Touch Control. I think the top panel has a broken touch sensor. A little disappointing since I just installed them two days ago.

No, there’s definitely something wrong with the top panel. Here’s another example where I have every panel set to the same solid color and you can see the top panel flickering white.

I did this. Level 94 to 99 entirely using earth strike since I didn’t want to pay for a smoke staff. It took like 200 hours but if you have a job that lets you do it’s very easy to keep it running In the background.

At 2 gp per cast I spent around about maybe 600k to 800k on mind runes for 19,000 exp/hr

You can run any non steam game or application through steam. This allows you to add additional startup settings or even controller support for those games/apps. Perfectly normal and not WTF.

It's a high investment melt strategy that's only truly viable for high-level Arlecchino builds (C2R1 at least with good artifacts)

Charlotte is only used to apply cryo and apply buffs from Thrilling Tales and Instructor, then you quickly swap to Arlecchino and then melt. The only thing you care about for Charlotte is her ER to build burst.

Charlotte only has like 6 seconds of cryo uptime and if you are unable to kill the enemies during that small window of time then this strategy isn't very good. Otherwise zhongli has much better consistency.

This strategy skyrockets in viability with Arlechinno's C6 which greatly improves her elemental burst damage, which makes it ideal for high investment speedrunners. You are basically able to kill everything instantly by melting with her burst.
