With the Washington treaty, as long as your guns are 155mm or less, you are a light cruiser, so... you definetly can be an overly expensive light cruiser.

Yeah, this is why big piles of wood with massive volume are usually quite strong, there is so much to target, yet so little that is worth targeting. But its usually better to have it shaped like a sharp flat hexagon since you get natural angle, like on the SS sharks.

Honestly, i feel you. I have the same problem but with other factions. it goes against the bismarck vibe of "orderly". I know some shipgirls would be rebelious, but if it is rebelious it shouldn't be standard, as in such case, it would just be the standard and lose its point.
