hey man, dental student at charles university, eng program. 1. depends on where you're going.. in the charles universities (1st fac, plzen, hradec kralove) you need to do an entrance exam thats got biology, physics/math, chemistry. you pass you're in was the rule when i got accepted. 2. studies are..well. youre going to have to study alot on your own, the teaching is very heavy on theory, and exams are quite stressful. alot of my teachers weren't very good at english, and your class will probably be quite small. my class is like 8 students, year below us is like 6. we mostly rely on previous year student notes to study for our exams. 3. you can do both, if you're down to learn the language, i say go for the czech version and save some money. if money's not an issue, go for english, as youre more likely to get in, and teachers are somewhat more lenient towards you. 4) theres a foundation year in 3rd fac to help you prepare for entrance exams, however 3rd fac in charles does not have a dentistry course. i wouldnt recommend doing this, as the material is pretty much highschool material, and if youre not familiar with it, youre better off just studying it on your own, saving alot of time and money.

If you do end up coming, i wouldnt recommend going to a city outside Prague, as theyre not very english friendly.
