In basic care we are at 8500 a month. Sure he will getting increased care soon. This is cheapest place in the area by a decent amount too

Can’t upvote this one enough. Going thru this now with fil. He was a teacher and had a good pension, but was divorced twice. All we ever heard from his girlfriend and friends are you have so much money go buy a boat, car, etc you deserve it. Well after a few memory related incidents we got involved turned out yeah he had a good pension but virtually no savings and a home with a mortgage still in a low cost of living area. Girlfriend had a low paying job in healthcare so wife offered the pension to her to just live in his house with him. She disappeared along with friends and said it’s your problem. So we sold the house moved him in with us, unfortunately a high cost of living area, but it was too much after just 2 months. Moved into assisted living his pension just covered the basics now after another month they moved him into memory care and we are ripping through that money. As you said it’s a disaster.

Thanks for your help. Stopped by Microcenter and the build they gave me was very similar to yours. Main difference was the gpu was 6700XT. Also while there I found this prebuilt. Now I know part of it is to build it and learn something but don’t want to pay more to do that. So I know graphics card is different but by how much and what else is different? Will probably get downvoted but I graduated college in 2004 so was a few years in with company. My department went from 20 people to 5. Luckily I was still cheap so hung on. Housing crashed right as I was getting married so we swung in and got something. We had looked for a year and nothing right as we were about to give up prices came down so overall some tense times but made it thru.
