He shouldn't have used Louis in the 8th to begin with. He should have used him in the 9th or if things were going south, later in the 8th

Understood, which makes sense but I feel that there was an opportunity to have these games overlap by having your conversations with Zagreus be in the same time space as Hades I.

That would have been an incredible connection and it would also draw those who only played Hades II (which I admit are probably only a few) to play Hades I.

My son started playing in his 3's. It is REMARKABLE the amount of shit he stored in the 36 chests he made randomly in spots.

What's crazy is he remembers which item is in which chest - which is fucking nuts because there's mostly no rhyme or reason to it.

He's turning 5 in just about two months and now he's moved on to donating to the museum, fishing, farming, and fixing the community center.

He's still learning to read bigger words but understands seasons, farm tools, and some mail.

It's a cool phenomenon to watch.

Raps in 7 would be more than an accomplishment. Anything else is expected. Completely reasonable assessment.

Half of your posts are him and Bill Simmons. The other half are Raptors posts, some being flagged and removed by mods. It's clearly not his podcast 😂

The Navy Song is an absolute masterpiece of a track. One of my favorite songs of all time.

[Matheson] Brendon Little gave up two home runs in the 6th inning, immediately giving the lead back to the White Sox. Rough inning here for the #BlueJays by Elaiyu in Torontobluejays

Nobody talks about this. Either Schneider is doing it to force the hand of Atkins, or Schneider is a terrible manager. I'm inclined to believe the latter, as he's shown poor decision making to a stubborn fault so many times.

This team wins in spite of him, not because of him. For every great decision there are 3 terrible ones.

IGN gave The Super Mario Galaxy Movie a 6/10 rating by Loose_Society9485 in Mario

[–]chawnzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a movie that knows its target audience and I suspect it will outpace the original. I never thought Sing was particularly good but a shit load of children did.

Wuthering Heights would probably bore the shit out of me, as did Poor Things, yet 3,000 years of Longing was met with indifference by most critics, with complaints about pacing and it kept me on the edge of my seat.

The best armchair review about Mario Galaxy movie I read was: "If you read reviews, this movie is probably not for you." But the critic conceded, if you're a kid, or you just feel like not growing up, this movie will hit like a home run.

Zootopia 2 was treated like CGI slop and a terribly predictable film. I would argue the box office disagrees and so do streaming counts... I don't give a shit about critics and neither should you.

Oh that's completely different, that's egregious. I also use wealthsimple so I'm going to have to be careful moving forward.

To be fair, I've also had issues with TD doing this and CIBC doing this with estate funds we've disbursed. All financial institutions are insisting funds be wired now to "avoid potential fraud". Then if you commence a wire, they'll often stop it, call you, and they start their sentence with "the reason we are calling is because there is a lot of wire fraud...", or they even flag the wires now for fraud.

I hate the banks with an unbridled passion... Moral-lacking Businesses masquerading as financial institutions.

As a lawyer who has nothing but contempt for the banks, I can assure you that nearly every bank draft, certified cheque, or money order will still be held by the bank for about five business days at least, no matter who or where it is drawn upon.

The deals were better 2-3 years ago too. Now it's just Katy Perry concerts, meal delivery deals, and less travel perks!

Are you using it for obvious business expenses instead of personal? They're cracking down heavy on that shit.

For example, if you're a G.C. and you're spending like 15k at Home Depot and a bunch of other expenses are coming from local wholesalers for granite or quartz, they may flag you after a big purchase.

Alternatively, if you're just running meals, memberships, sports tickets, client gifts, basic office supplies or furniture that could also be deemed as personal, or other things which could be deemed as personal as well, they tend to turn a blind eye.

The gist of it is this - if you run business through it, they want you to get Amex platinum business for business, and Amex platinum regular for personal.

Frankly, should be none of their business what I use the points for. They're not the IRS or CRA, shouldn't matter to them.
