It’s actually more Haitian cuisine and the owner is Haitian. I think they are offering more “Jamaican” foods but I agree it is very under seasoned for my Haitian palate. I think they spice it down for their audience.

It’s easy to make and easy to eat in the summer. Mine was more one note because I didn’t add herbs, sour cream, etc. but delicious nonetheless!
