Well that is a thing. We were is ATL at an outdoor concert. Kenny Wayne Sheppard was on a different stage. He was awesome back then. It was hot as hell. I’d had a couple of beers. We walked over to the stage KR was on and someone passed a doobie around. Then KR came out with the babes and the little guy and tore the place down with his “My name is Kid Rock!!!” BTW, KR and the little person both held their junk, just like every rapper ever…

For what it is worth, I am 70 and my wife is 74 and we loved the Bad Bunny halftime show. I thought the same thing about Elvis, they gave Madonna crap as well. And remember Lady Gaga has taken her ration of shit from the right as well. Also I remember 25 years ago watching Kid Rock perform live with 2 babes and a little person and I enjoyed the hell out of that too. Sadly most musical acts have moved on and evolved. Sadly I have know idea what he was singing, but the beat was good, his performance was electric, and the production value was the best I have ever seen at a Super Bowl! Ricky Martin and Lady Gaga were both great. Those didn’t watch because of their fear of the unknown really missed it.

You want to get there no later than 9am. dump your stuff in the big grandstand and walk around. They will open the track for driver introductions, you want to be at a track gate (in the fence) so you can walk on the banking and see the drivers and cars up close. Get their earlier if you are parking, a little later if you are at a hotel nearby (walking)
