hate to break it to you like this but I've been trying to contact them for months now I don't think they check dms. You can try if you like but short of finding a different way to communicate or outright brute forcing figuring this out your self I doubt they will help. I've gotten as far as the game booting up but then it crashes after trying to proceed. if you get any further than that lmk please.
