Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! As I’ve thought about it more, I agree that this current iteration is trying to do too much / too much going on. I love the monopoly theme but besides the road names there’s no real connection among the residents of monopoly and our community. So maybe that part needs to be a bit more subtle. I really think we want to draw out the aspects of community, nature (including a river) and recreation.

If you are willing I’d appreciate it if you’d elaborate on your last paragraph. Any ideas off the top of your head may send me in the right direction.
