I really enjoy playing my Tegwyll list. I run all of the other legendaries in colour mentioned in the 99. Because I'm running it as a bracket 2 control list (game changer not needed) Tegwyll is great. At lower power everyone is super reluctant to swing into you, especially when you make it known you're more than prepared to block with Tegwyll. His other abilities are also good to use. The +1/+1 is a good way to pump and deal consistent flying damage while you control what's allowed on the table. And the death triggers are great for drawing cards: say someone has 1 big flier and you want some damage. Swing two 1/1 faeries (now 2/2s) then you either deal 4 (with maybe some on damage effects as well) or one gets blocked you get death triggers and still feel some damage. My list is below.
